As the country continues to emerge from the latest national lockdown and Covid-19 restrictions continue to be lifted, Medical Hire would like to say a huge “Thank you” to all the medical advisors who have continued to work with the team throughout the difficult year.
Chloe and the Medical Hire team are incredibly honoured to be supported by a network of advisors whose specialist expertise and knowledge is invaluable in ensuring that filming of medical storylines is completely realistic. Not only do the advisors provide help and support in advance of a production, but they also spend vast amounts of their time on-set, supporting cast and crew during filming, to make sure that every aspect of a medical scenario is portrayed in an accurate way.
All advisors who support Medical Hire are working nurses, with the majority working as paramedics or in A&E and ICU. This has meant that the last year has been incredibly difficult for them as they have been very much on the frontline of the pandemic.
